1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

2. HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?
You'll receive a confirmation email or text once your order is successfully placed, followed by an update when it's dispatched from our warehouse.
3. WILL MY AREA BE SERVICED BY YOUR LOGISTICS PROVIDER?

4. DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we offer international shipping, which typically takes around 15 days, depending on the destination country. Please note that Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders, and they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
5. ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?
Shipping within India is free for orders above ₹1999. For international orders, shipping charges will apply.
6. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

7. HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

8. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT OR WRONG ITEM?
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please email us at ecomtibra@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 7900882190, including images of the defective or incorrect item. For our records, it's essential to provide an unboxing video of the defect for verification at our return center. We will do our best to assist you in getting the correct product delivered.
9. HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER?
You may return the product within 7 days of receiving it.
10. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND/EXCHANGE PRODUCT?
Once your return is received, you'll be notified, and the item will go through a quality check. After that, your exchange order will be dispatched, and you can expect it within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
11. HOW DO I DETERMINE THE CORRECT SIZE FOR ME?

12. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE PRODUCT PURCHASED IS OUT OF STOCK?
We strive to keep all products listed on our website in stock. If you have paid for an unavailable product or placed a custom order for an item that is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 working days of your purchase if there will be a delay in delivery. You can then choose to substitute your order with another available product on the website, or we will issue a full refund. We will also proactively update you on the status of your order via your registered mobile number or email address.
13. DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FOR POST OFFICE ADDRESS?
We do not ship to post office box addresses and cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of orders if they are sent to a P.O. box and not received by the customer.
14. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER AT TIBRA?
You can pay using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
