Policies

Timely Delivery:

TIBRA strives to ensure prompt
delivery of products. Users should review the Delivery Policy terms. If you
disagree, please refrain from accepting the Terms of Use and Shipping and
Delivery Policy and avoid using our platforms. By accepting these terms, you agree
to comply with them without alterations.

Shipping Origin:

All products are dispatched from our
Meerut, India warehouse to the provided address. We collaborate with
third-party couriers like Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, DHL, Indian Dak,
and Aramex. Delivery partner details are shared once the product is handed over
to the courier.

Complete Address Required:

Customers must provide a
full street address and pin code when ordering.

Processing Days:

Orders are processed on weekdays
from Monday to Saturday, excluding national or declared holidays.

Multiple Product Orders:

If you order several
products in one transaction, we aim to ship them together, but it might not
always be possible. Each order can only have one shipping address. Separate
orders are needed for different addresses.

P.O. Box Addresses:

We do not ship to P.O. box
addresses and are not responsible for non-delivery if sent to a P.O. box.

Order Modification:

Once confirmed, orders cannot be
changed. However, address changes within 12 hours are accepted. For concerns,

Delivery Attempts:

Couriers will attempt delivery
three times. If undelivered, they will inform us.

Product Availability:

We try to keep all products in
stock. Custom orders for unavailable products may take longer. We will update
you via your registered mobile number or email.

Responsibility for Packages:

TIBRA is not liable for
lost, stolen, or damaged packages after being left at the customer's address.

Order Alteration Requests:

Orders cannot be altered
post-placement, except for address changes within 24 hours by emailing us.

Multiple Address Orders:

Shipping to multiple
addresses requires separate orders.

Shipping Address Accuracy:

Ensure shipping details
are correct. Reshipping due to address issues will incur additional charges.

Delivery Timeline:

Orders typically arrive within
7-10 business days. Delays may occur beyond our control, and refunds or
exchanges are not provided, but store credit may be offered.

You will receive a tracking
number via email and SMS. Track orders on our website under "Track

International Shipping:

TIBRA ships to street
addresses in India and abroad using DHL and FedEx. Delivery times vary based on
local courier policies.

Customs and Duties:

We do not charge customs fees
during ordering. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, local sales
taxes, or clearance fees as per their country's regulations. Non-payment of
these fees may result in non-delivery without refund.

Delivery Assurance:

We aim to ensure an efficient
delivery experience. Product prices do not include customs duties or taxes,
which vary by country. TIBRA is not responsible for non-delivery due to unpaid
customs duties or taxes.
