Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping zone at checkout.

Delivery Time

Once you place your order, you will receive an email summarizing your purchase. Since we operate on a made-to-order basis, our standard delivery timeframe is 3-15 working days. In some locations, delivery may take longer due to logistics accessibility. Should this be the case, we’ll proactively reach out to you—please check your email and SMS for updates.

A tentative delivery date will be shared within 48 hours of placing your order.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If you're unavailable at the provided address during delivery, please email support@tibra.store to reschedule.

Customized Orders

Delivery for customized orders will take 10-20 working days.
